Moubarak MOUKAILA has been working in BOAD since 2008. After working closely to the BOAD’s President Personal Assistant for three (03) years and launching the BOAD carbon initiative in July 2008, he worked in the finance engineering department and mobilized resources for large scale projects across the West African Economic and Monetary Union region. In 2014, he joined Regional Collaboration Center (RCC) Lome to help the team in the effort to assist BOAD to mobilize more efficient financing for project in the region. He is now since January 2018 the team
lead of RCC Lome where he is working closely with the BOAD to develop tools and instruments for the financing of NDC and sustainable development goals.
